Set a powerful intention for 2025?
Did you Know that you can Hypnotize Yourself to Accomplish Your Goals for 2025
I want to share with you one of my most powerful secret practices.
I look forward to it every year.
And if you follow it you will notice a huge transformation.
It’s creating a THOUGHT for the year.
It’s about choosing a one or two-word THOUGHT, which becomes a powerful intention
And that becomes an invisible guide for everything that I do in the year.
As I put conscious focus and attention on my special ‘thought’ during the year — amazing things happen with very little effort.
Here are some suggestions of powerful ‘thoughts’, as well as instructions for you to create your own.
#1 THOUGHT Suggestion: ACCEPTING YOURSELF
If you can put a little attention on fully accepting yourself just the way you are,
you will be amazed how it can change your life in so many ways.
#2 THOUGHT Suggestion: KIS (keep it simple)
This is a good, yet difficult theme for me because my mind is always busy, which makes it very easy to complicate my life. So when I have ‘KIS’ as a thought it helps to keep me centered.
Here’s what I suggest you do to create your own THOUGHT for 2025.
#1 –Take a couple of hours away from the hustle and bustle of your life and tune into what you really want for yourself.
And then ask yourself what kind of theme would give you a break through.
#2 – Once you have your ‘thought’, share it with important people in your life, almost like a declaration of your desire for a breakthrough
#3 – Get a nice new journal for the coming year. Put your thought at the top of it and create a practice of journaling about your thought at least 3 times per week.
Once you start doing this, you will experience a breakthrough. You will live into your thought and your life will never be the same again.
It happens for me every year, and once you take action it will happen for you.
This might just be the ‘message’ you need!
I’m already planning mine and I hope you are too.
Think about this: If you want to build up a fire, put more fuel on it.
If you want to build your dream…put ‘fuel’ on it!
(Tip: your thoughts are the ‘fuel’)
