‘Your Words Define Who You Are’
Words, whether thought, spoken or written, are our most common means of communicating.
According to an article published in the international magazine- Scientific American, an average person speaks about 15,000 -16,000 words every day!! Thoughts are 100 times that amount!
We don’t realize that WORDS and THOUGHTS have power.
If used incorrectly, words can trigger conflicts, destruction and mayhem.
Words, wrongly used, can jeopardize a person’s career or popularity or self-worth.
But more insidiously, people may be sabotaging their own lives without knowing it, simply by using wrongly chosen words, like: “I’m so stupid !”, “I’ll never lose weight…”
Words could make or break a person’s personality and life.
Countless lives have been affected by words used by themselves or by others.
