Are changes difficult for you?
Do you struggle with self-confidence?
Are you doing destructive behaviors?
Do you feel self-conscious or awkward?
Does what you do never seem good enough?
Do you lack motivation to move forward?
Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?
If you answered ‘YES’ to any of those questions,
maybe you’re suffering from Low Self-Esteem
Self-esteem is how we perceive ourselves. What we think about ourselves and how much we value ourselves.
Our self-esteem is made up of thoughts and opinions, usually formed in our early years, about who we are and what we’re capable of.
The beliefs we have about ourselves are deeply ingrained and often difficult to change.
The good news is that they can be changed.
Hypnotherapy is very effective for improving self-esteem as it works directly with the subconscious mind – where the negative thoughts about ourselves live.
Hypnosis helps to re-teach the subconscious mind to be a supportive partner in our day-to-day lives. We eliminate those irrational, negative thoughts, and re-program the subconscious with more helpful positive suggestions and information.
How exactly does this work?
Think of Hypnosis as ‘meditation with a goal’. For centuries, meditation has been used to help people learn to tame the mind, to find inner peace, and quiet automatic thinking.
Yet, Hypnosis takes this one step further – Hypnosis adds a goal.
Here’s how: During a Hypnotherapy session, we’ll guide your body and mind to a state of heightened relaxation and awareness. (Much like you’d expect from deep meditation.)
In this very physically relaxed state your mind becomes completely relaxed, and we’re able to access the subconscious. In fact, we can bypass the critical mind and go straight to that inner voice and speak directly to it.
What’s more, when you’re in a state of Hypnosis, your brain become highly receptive to suggestion.
Therefore, when you hear mantras in this state like, “you feel confident in everything you do,” they’re much more likely to stick. We’ve bypassed that critical conscious layer that’s always so quick to dismiss or analyze suggestions.
In a state of Hypnosis we insert new, positive, helpful and more supportive information to the subconscious mind, releasing all the negative thinking patterns that caused low self-esteem issues in the first place.
Using Hypnosis you can…
* Achieve a state of calmness.
* Be more sociable and outgoing.
* Develop good, positive feelings.
* Step outside of your comfort-zone.
* Speak freely and express your views.
* Create a better, healthier self-image.
* Relax and enjoy the company of others.
