Our one hour session is divided into 2 parts — first we talk on the phone and together we discuss your individual issues. From the confidential details you give me I will then personally construct a hypnotherapy session designed for your exact needs, one which will be just as effective as though you were actually here with me in my office.
This is the equivalent of having a one-on-one session, and very importantly, you can play your customized Audio as many times as you like. It is your personal possession and you have it for the rest of your life.
Sometimes we might need to talk through the complete session. This is not a cookie-cutter session ….. the focus is on your individual needs.
